Bernita (Eustice) Miller (1924-2004)
Mount Horeb/ Mineral Point, Wisconsin - Bernita E. Miller passed away with
dignity on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2004. She was born on March 9, 1924, one of three
daughters born that day to William and Margaret Eustice of Rewey. She married
Ernie Miller on May 12, 1945. She was survived by her children, Cheri (Ken)
Timpel, Sandi (Tom) Robertson, Peg (Bob) Koch, Barb (Bob) McGinnis, Ernie
(Heidi) Jr., Joanne (Tom) Eveland, Bruce (Karen) Miller and Donna (Ray) Hanna.
Further, she was survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many
special nieces and nephews. Her siblings that survive her include Sherman (Rose)
Eustice, Ron (Mary) Eustice, Bob (Marian) Eustice, Berniece Aurit (triplet) and
Barb (Hildreth) Long. She was preceded in death by her children’s her husband
Ernie; three sisters, Beverly Eustice (triplet), Grace Bockhop and Jayne
Richardson; and a brother, Donald Eustice. Funeral services were held at Faith
Lutheran Church, Ridge Street, Mineral Point, on Sunday, Nov. 14, 2004. Private
burial services were held at the Mifflin Cemetery. Wisconsin State Journal,
