At the time of the marriage, Marie Testard was a resident of Chateau-Joinsard, Province of Limousin, France. (Tanguay, Cyprien, Dictionnaire Genealogique des Familles Canadiennes, Book I, Page 512). Guillaume and Marie had at least one child;
