Arthur⁸ Remillard; Guillaume¹, Francois², Francois³, Joseph-Marie⁴; Louis-Marie⁵, Alexander⁶ ; Jules⁷; (Jules Remillard and Elmire Richie); born 30 September 1879 at Wheatland; he was married 24 November 1903 to Lena Duffney at Wheatland; died 9 March 1964 at Faribault, Minnesota; buried St. Lawrence Cemetery. Lena Duffney; he died 5 January 1906 at Wheatland; she was buried 10 January 1906 in St. Louis French Catholic Cemetery, Wheatland. Arthur Remillard farmed in Wheatland for a number of years before moving to Faribault where he worked for contractors. He worked on the crews building the public library, Paradise Theater, and other public buildings in Faribault, Minnesota. Obituary; Rice County (Minnesota) Journal; January 10, 1906:

Mrs. Arthur Remillard died Friday night January 5th at her home in Shieldsville cause of death being complications. Mrs. Remillard was twenty-one years of age, and was born in Erin Town; her maiden name being Lena Duffina. She leaves a husband and two children to mourn her. The funeral was held at St. Patrick’s Church at Shieldsville and internment was at Wheatland.

She was born 24 January 1904 and died 9 December 1991 at Faribault; buried St. Lawrence Cemetery, Faribault.

2.      Lena; born and died 1906; buried St. Louis Cemetery, Wheatland Township, Rice County, Minnesota.
